POL II
POL II is a multidirectional speaker which has the unique ability to place multiple virtual sound-sources at specific points in space. This function allows to create immersive surround sound environments using only one speaker unit. The system is completely stand-alone and can be programmed and operated wirelessly. Potential applications include 3D sound for (VR) Gaming, sound environments in public space, theme parks or galleries, as an acoustic guiding and warning device for the blind. Advantages of this system are that sounds can be dynamically placed at any position eliminating the need of multiple fixed speakers, creating a wide range of possibilities while reducing cost and setup time. Being only one unit POL II is really compact, flexible and simple to install by either placing it on a table or mounting it to the wall. Settings and calibration can be done via an App.

Cimbalo Chromatico
This module, commissioned by the Hochschule für Künste Bremen, was designed to automate the Cimbalo Chromatico a unique historical instrument built around 19 tones per octave, offering a far finer microtonal palette than a standard keyboard.
Using 65 solenoids, the module enables precise MIDI control over each key, turning the instrument into a fully programmable system capable of automated or sequenced performance. Integrated light sensors detect keypresses in real time, which allows the setup to work in reverse as well recording live performances as they're played, or functioning as a MIDI controller in its own right.
To keep the system running reliably over extended use, it also includes smart temperature regulation and power monitoring, ensuring optimal operation whether the instrument is being played live or run autonomously.
